TEAM School is located in central Mississauga - near the intersection of Dundas & Hurontario. Students always enjoy recess time, as the school is adjacent to a five-acre park that contains an adventure playground, soccer fields, basketball courts, and a huge play area. The school itself has undergone extensive renovations over the years, and in addition to the bright homeroom classes, the school building has a gymnasium, a computer lab, a performing arts room, a music classroom, and a high school common area.
In-class learning is supplemented by two other programmes offered by the school; outdoor education and swimming.
Our Grades 5 to 8 students gain a unique insight into the outdoor environment during a visit to the school’s Outdoor Education Centre in Muskoka. Students not only enjoy time with their classmates during this multi-night stay, but gain a greater appreciation of the natural world and their place in it. The physical education programme is enhanced by classes taught at the TEAM School/Mentor College indoor swimming pool.
